Nice big area to work with! Wish I had something like that.
The painful part is hauling everything out, sorting and storing it somewhere, and then getting busy with the organizational plan for the "new and improved" garage! Follow the threads here on ideas that I wish I had thought of.
How do I know this? I'm about to go through the same on a smaller scale. Building a 900 s.f. new garage (largest allowed in my area).
Paying up the arse for storage and no idea when I will be done is frustrating!
