Weight transfer is related to CG height and track width only more spring will not help other than to overload the outside tires contact patch a little sooner.

This is not only based on the physics of suspension dynamics but on trial and error too. Maximum cornering G's were achieved with these street tires at the current spring rates. I have spring sets from 300 lb/" to 1200 lb/" in 50 lb/" increments and in some cases 25 lb/" increments. Believe me, we have tested lots of combinations of sway bar and spring rates and found that the laws of physics have not been repealed. Some contact is better than no contact so increasing droop will help but reducing roll will not reduce weight transfer other than a very small amount related to cg height change. a 25 pound per inch front spring increase cost about .5 seconds during our last test. The Cobra is cursed with a short wheel base and narrow track width, neither are good for cornering stability.
