Stop leak products contain chemicals that slightly swell (thus deteriorate) seals. Yes, maybe a ST benefit BUT, there is no mechanic in a can and the leak will return someday with vengeance! 
Most folks use this stuff when they want to unload a car to an unsuspecting buyer.
They are been around for years, different brands and labels...I recommend folks NEVER use these elixers, just fix the problem properly. |
