How did you connect it to your GoPro. Is there another cable needed as my GoPro Hero 3 doesn't have an audio jack. It shows a mic hookup but it uses the same connector as the charger.

I have this mic, it has a long cord. Wherever I mount the camera I can still put the mic where ever I want. I tend to wrap it around the rear view mirror on the dash. I also added a furry mic cover. I looked at a recent video posted of a Pace lap with bad audio which motivated me to post this.

Here is a sample if you look at the mirror you can see the mic. This was shot with a Gopro. TURN IT UP
