hope you find new one's, but in the meantime...
If the rubber inserts aren't split yet, Pull the shock and using a socket wrench socket push out the sleeve/rubber liner, rotate the liner ~90 degrees to a surface that isn't totally compressed and flat.
I was chasing down a chassis squeak a few years ago and pulled all the shocks and springs looking for galling and bad bushings. Rotated all the bushes on all the shocks to the uncompressed portion. (even rotated all the shocks to new positions front/rear and side/side...never found the squeak!)
You might try SUSPENSION RESTORERS for bushings...they are a distributor for Energy Suspensions...better prices than most of the retailers.
If you find a source for bushings...especially new ones! please post it.
I have bought rubber boots, etc "NOS" that are totally decayed...new manufacture would be better if at all possible.
