There are some many choices: Pro Systems, TMP carbs, C & S Aerosol carbs, QFT, etc etc.
My favourite would be from TMP, 1000cfm annular, Weber emulsion blocks, WOT from 1500 rpm, pulls better than EFI.

I totally agree. Work with one of the guys like Pro Systems, give them your engine specs, and trust them to build what you really need. Not pushing Pro Systems, but any of the good guys will bench flow and test before they send it.
In my case it came out to an 858 cfm with manual secondaries and it rocks.
