It's difficult to post much of any use to US owners as in Britain cars were supplied with BPF (British Pre-Focus) lamps, which I'm guessing wouldn't work in LHD. I really have no idea what exported cars were given.
I know the original P700s had chrome letters with 'P700' on the black circular button in the centre of the lense. I think there are copyright-type issues around the use of this now, but SVC were still supplying them with the logo last time I looked. These had sidelights in the reflectors though, so a piece of polished stainless needs glueing over this to help make it less obvious.
