Cam locks are the easiest to use and would be the most comfortable for someone old enough to not need a car seat and ride in a cobra; Sparco makes a good set and they are fairly inexpensive. With that being said, a cam lock is also the easiest to disengage for the person using it and should not be used with anybody who you might expect may impulsively disengage it. It just takes one quick flip, and it is fully disengaged. They make them that way so that if you get in an accident in your race car and it starts on fire, you can get out in hurry.

With someone under the ge of 18 I would suggest either a 5 or 6 point restraint, as a smaller person might slide out from underneath the seat belt in an accident.
