thank you, that seems rather obvious now, wow, you just saved me from creating a saw mill in my garage. I replaced the slave because the boot was soaked. It turned out i was leaking from the line fitting to the slave. now that the puddle on the floor moved from the bell housing slave area to the fender, I know it's in the master. But again, because the boot on the MC is bone dry, i don't think it's a piston/plunger/seal issue, it's just a fitting issue. Thanks so much for this info.
