I've used this for many years. Its cheap enough that every time there is an engine problem I just buy a new one.

Obviously you need an adapter that fits directly under the filter.....and the cold
oil automatically bypasses the cooler.......hence all the cooler talk about
oil temps dont make sense......do it right..
