My 393 sounds a lot like that but doesn't have the very low end grumble. It sounds awful sweet to me as it's winding through the gears.
Besides the specs as described above, I think picking the right side pipes goes a long way to getting the sound you want. Our club has a large mix of different Cobras and they all sound different. Some of the big blocks are some of the quietest of the bunch, mostly because of the pipes, IMHO.
