I love this:

"Only one of two Carroll Shelby licensed replica manufacturers in the world (the other being Kirkham). NOT A "KIT" CAR or a garage project, but a factory-built chassis and drivetrain with a professionally installed engine. Originally built in 2005. Less than 12,700 miles. Titled and registered in Oregon with lifetime specialty plates, no need for DEQ."

When did Shelby license the Kirkham?

And it's not a "kit" car? You certainly can't drive off the showroom floor with a temporary DMV license. You might be able to roll it out of the dealer's showroom.
