Quick and dirty? Grind off the pad on the back of the AC pedals and JBWeld (or structural epoxy) them to the metal ones. Trim to hide the metal ones. Another possibility would be an adapter between the 2 styles, like a flat iron crescent cut from plate to bolt to the AC pad, welded to a length of thread to bolt to the current pedal.
