Well, the Phx guys may have dropped like flies on Friday evening; but luckily for us, the plaque is still in Phx thanks to the Tucson guys dropping like flies after we left AJ's and ran up the mountain...
You guys would have won the plaque EASILY if Al had just titled today's run "Cars and Coffee at AJ's" instead of calling it a "Mt Lemmon Run"
But, we had to go up the mountain.

- The official meeting place for today's run was the Tucson Cars and Coffee at AJ's, at 7:30am (according to the trip organizer, Mr. Alliedog); and everybody pretty much arrived at AJ's on time; and then a slighty smaller group drove up the mountain and had breakfast, and enjoyed some great weather, and conversation.
How we all managed to arrive at AJ's at 7:30 didn't seem like that big a deal (to me at least
). But, as a "car club", I would have figured it was more important to make sure the car count was high enough to keep the plaque up in Phoenix....Right?
I mean, the 15-0 club record was in Jeopardy (and it cost me a handful of $100 bills to bribe those other 5 Tucson guys into going home after Cars and Coffee, so that the final car count on the mountain top would be 7 to 6 )
