Depending on where your picture is stored there are a few ways to do it. If it right on your computer then you will need to put it in as an attachment. If you want the full size picture, then upload it to an Album or a photo storage site like Photo Bucket and then copy the url of the picture and post that in your post where you want the picture to appear. You will need to add the IMG tags unless you use Photo Bucket.
Example; [IMG] URL of your picture [/IMG] The [IMG] on both ends must be right next to the URL line with no space. I did this to stop it tying to make this a picture.
