One of the best engine builders I ever have known personally doesn't have a cell phone and doesn't do internet. You have to find him and try to make friends with him. I used to help him with blown alcohol boat engines and sprint car engines. A well respected builder in those sports, but mean as a snake and now a grumpy old man like a few of us. You piss him off and all your parts end up scattered in his parking lot.
He's not real big on customer service.
