I agree with this statement. Let's face it, most of us are busy with work and family and don't have the time, and in my case, the skills to build a Cobra.

I'd have to disagree with this statement, at least for me. There's always going to be a dingleberry in the crowd who's insulting to the OP, but I think most of us here admire the skills and determination of every build here.
Just recently, there was a Backdraft that Jay from Vintage built to order for an owner a few years ago, and it was for sale again. The BDR was certainly "edgy," both in design and color, but no one said it was POS. I think the general feeling was, great skill-work, but just not their taste.
And off the top of my head, DanEC built a very authentic and beautiful ERA street 427, which I and everyone admire greatly too.
Also, I've said on several occasions, once you make the decision to not install an FE in your 427 Cobra replica or decide to install a 351W in your SB Cobra, heck, I think a Viper V10, and LS-series GM or whatever in a Cobra replica would pretty cool. Even one of our local Bay Area members has a battery run Cobra replica and that's cool too.
