A quick search of completed auctions on Ebay shows successful (in green) auctions for modified 1970 C10's in the $12,000-$24,000 range.

While I have no experience with them myself, I'd suspect that the cleaner the build, the color combinations, etc, the higher end of the scale (or more) it could be on.
