I really like the Nitto NT05s (NOT the NT05Rs; they are track tires) for the street. They have a wear rating of 200, the lowest the SCCA etc accept for street tires. I use them on my cars for the street and have used them at track days just fine.
They're very good in the dry and OK in the wet and are available in the 315 rears. If you use these you may need to compromise slightly on the front at 235 or 255. I didn't see a 245 here:

Maybe some other outlet has the 245s, maybe not.
