I'm thinking of having a go myself at doing carpets, will start by doing the boot area as it looks easiest. Does anyone have any recommendations on what type/style/supplier to use for appropriate carpet material?

Something marine would seem logical for water compatibility, but the (limited) marine carpets I have looked at seem quite thick. Any comments or suggestions as to what to use?
