Default Help when badly needed.

As some of you may have read, the AZ Cobra crew just returned from a bucketlist run up the Pacific Coast and on to Lake Tahoe and then home. Took 10 days and covered some 2400 miles. There were a few issues along the way, mainly when my car lost an alternator and a master cylinder. I managed to find an alternator and get it installed...and after hooking up all of the wires, it worked. The master cylinder was another story. As it turned out, in Santa Cruz I crossed trails with Lloyd's Tire and Auto and a gentleman there named Kevin. He took the car in with no notice at 10 o'clock in the morning and by 9:30 the next morning, he's not only rebuilt the master cylinder, but dsicrovered the operating rod between the pedal and the cylinder was broken, gathered parts from differnt places and fixed that. Not an amazing feat in itself, but considering the timing and the quality (excellent) and haste of the service (outstanding), provided customer care at a reasonable price on very short order. Turns out that he has made a good living building engines and is very familiar with Cobras and Cobra Replicas. So it any of you are ever in the Santa Cruz area and it seems that the car has turned to brown slippery stuff that is running through your fingers, give Kevin a call at Lloyds Tire and Auto 303 River St. Santa Cruz. Tell him that Dan sent you!
