BTW,,, "Antique Gold" was the Huffers' spray paint of choice, 'way back when I started working for Checker Auto. Always had to watch the guys that walked in with gold residue around their nostrils. They'd make a bee-line to the paint shelves and rip off as many as they could hide.

Hey I worked a couple of summers at Checker Auto when I was going to engineering school. I can vouch for Karl re: the huffers and the paint. Had to keep a close eye on the Kraco speakers too. |
