These folks have some neat interface items for the 6R80, Console paddle Shifter, ECU& Harness, SBF motor mount plates, plus some high failure rate items to look out for. They also point out the differences in the F150 vs Mustang and have adapters for the shifter since the F150 case does not have a mounting boss.

PBH (does Fox body and GT500 6R80 swaps) has a bunch as well and should be able tell you if the the Driveshaft length is greatly affected

I've never heard the 6R80 shift with my own ears but the I know the Paddle shift 4R70W in the Backdrafts that Vintage Motorsports build are pretty nice.
