Exclamation surge tank
On your surge tank the top tube fitting is the overflow, the next fitting goes to the top of the raditor which you will have to put a outllet on to receive, this is to let air out went filling. The bottom fitting goes to the inlet side of your water pump. The neck of the surgr tank should be the highest point.
