I used the Aluminum battery box from Summit Racing pg 96 in their latest catalog.
It is located in the right rear, the vent tube goes thru the floor and I mounted the box to the floor. The top is held down by swing clamps. There are sealed grommets for the cables to pass thru, I drilled and tapped the frame support upright where the rear bumpettes mount for the ground cable. I put an optima battery in it.
You can get it polished or unpolished.
I fits and looks good in the boot.
