Your questions are too vague to answer without knowing more about the car and how you plan to use it. For example, if you plan to do track events, you'll want a five point racing harness. If you plan to drive in cold weather, you may want a heater and a tonneau cover. If you plan to have undercar exhaust, a radio might be useful. .... I bought my car used and drove it for two years before completely disassembling it and rebuilding to meet my specific needs.
