I've reviewed posts but none seem to match my problem. In the summer, the blinkers range in freqency from a quick strobe or slow blink depending on temperature. In the winter, the turn signals will light but stay solid when the lever is pushed up or down. So i get power to each side now but no. Blinking, just a solid light. Before i try replacing stuff, anyone have a suggestion? As a bonus, i have an in dash toggle switch that works the blinkers as hazards and they work just fine cold or hot.
