Others have made the light come on but you'll have to ask them for their particular method of getting it to illuminate. "
No driving this way should be tolerated.
Now someone help me off my soapbox.

The above was a JOKE posted in reference to the previous year's event. It should be obvious to you... a Check Shorts light? Give me a break! The person who posted that is a drill sergeant with the Army, stationed in Fayetteville NC.
THIS EVENT WAS NOT ABOUT DRIVING IRRESPONSIBLY. I have gone to incredible lengths to ensure that our attendees represented themselves well on the road and caused no danger to other motorists. Driving "briskly" does NOT include exceeding the speed limit, especially around other motorists. Incidentally, the speed limit on the road in question is 55mph. If you exceed 55mph on the Dragon you are INSANE.
I came on this forum to find out the identity of the Cobra owner who forced Mk750 from the road and then left the scene of the accident. I have achieved that. Thank you for your concern and your kind words.
It's amazing to me that a forum based around a car that is by it's very nature a custom beast would fundamentally question the motive of another vehicle owner who has modified his vehicle for performance.
There were no "street racer" kids in our group, nor would their ilk ever be welcome with us. Please do not lump us with the image of the California street racer fools simply because we drive import performance automobiles. And yes, I consider an AWD turbocharged vehicle with close to (or exceeding) 300hp and weighing less than 3000 pounds to be a performance vehicle. The WRX does 0-60 in 5.4 stock, 4.8 with $1000 worth of bolt-ons.
I question the motive of those who have chosen to attack me in response to my post... simply trying to protect one of "your own"? Isn't that a bit immature?
