Is it possible these redirects identify my email address and the entities associated with the redirects are selling it to all these spammers?
Perhaps it is coincidence...I am not very tech savvy...each day I "unsubscribe" from tens of unwanted spam sites to which I have never subscribed, but they always return.
Could the redirects be responsible?
Cheers?....certainly not for the spammers!!!

Don't unsubscribe to a non-legitimate business. That will only confirm that your email address is real and they will share it with even more scammers.
