My cobra is Ford powered because I liked the engine ( Boss 351 ).

My GT40 is Ford powered for the same reason ( 358 W ).

Really doesn't matter. If you are the one working on it, you should put what you want.

However, there is an element of "ribbing" that comes with a square peg in a round hole.
