Treeve.. are you serious with this post.. The cost of installing a tuned ABS, ECS and BAS system for each ICV, then the arguments around the validity of the calibration and testing requriements run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.. (I may have been close to Bosch in VIC during the Falcon production days). The RMS is not actually capable of assessing this requirement given the equipment and resources they would have at their disposal locally.
