No leaks overnight is officially "bone dry" for a Holley. The UV dye will actually wick through the blue gaskets and glow under the UV flashlight -- but that does not count as a leak. That takes a couple of days. And, of course, wicking on the cork idle mixture screw gaskets doesn't count, and leaks out the throttle shaft from after you've moved the throttle back and forth (and squirted on to the butterflies) doesn't count either.
