Default My new mod, I finished yesterday.

Since I'm just about finished with the hard top I had to do something with the elongated hole I had to make for the middle roll bar.

Since the roll bar was way too high for the top, I had to lower it a few inches [still above my head level, and about even with the windshield now].

So what to tastefully do for the elongated hole?

Well, I made a plate out of aluminum, and its held down by chrome button head bolts.

It turned out looking way better than I expected, and I think it looks better than the bar looked before when it was just going through a rubber grommet.

Sorry I couldn't get better pics, but its pouring rain outside, and since I don't want to put the top out in the rain, these pics were the best I could do, but you get the idea.

Better pics as soon as my T bolts from the front windshield holdown arrive.
