Thanks for all the suggestions. I've been gone for a while. This is a Bill Mitchell preped carb and has the white plastic whistles. I am currently haveing the distributor recurved as it was still advancing at 4500. Hopefully I will get it back and running again this weekend so I can try a more precise float level adjustment an 4 corner idle mix. I will post again after some more trial and error.
