My 8 qt oil pan is 6.5 inches deep in front and 7.5 inches deep in the rear. Are there other 6 qt or more oil pans that would provide more ground clearance and also be OK with my 4 or 4.25 inch stroke ?

Let me know what you think I should consider.
Thank you, George
Take a look at Armando's #408 oil pan for the FE in a Cobra: It's 5" deep in front and 6 " deep in the rear - fully 1.5" higher than what you have now. It has kickouts and is 12.5" wide. Fully baffled for road racing use and comes with the pickup tube / screen and crank scraper. Make sure you get one built with an oil temperature bung, even if you have no immediate plans to use it.
