Here is my plan, I am open to suggestions regarding changes.
At 10:00am we gather the north and south groups together at Everybody's Store on HWY 9 in Acme.(
Everybody's Store: Fine Cheeses, Wines, Meats, & Gifts In Van Zandt, Washington) They have sandwiches and more. Then on to Kendal for those who need fuel this place also has sandwiches, used to be a Subway. From there up the mountain to Heather Meadows, there is a $5.00 forest service parking fee.
Picnic lunch at Heather Meadows, then up to Artist Point.
