The QLDs just needed to know about the new noise regulation issue, as every other state club and attendee did, and the result (for me) would have been very different.
Had I have taken my packing with me, I just ran a test on my car at 4000rpm at 30 metres to get a 98 dba result (as pinged at WP) then repacked my pipes with the stuff I had sitting on my bench and remeasured it.
