I knew there was something about this already. Goes way back.

Start with this one:

CNC Clutch Master Cylinder

There are several discussions about the cylinders themselves. Lots of cars use the CNC cylinders.

Be sure to get the steel sleeved cylinders. The aluminum only ones fail rapidly if things aren't perfect. My clutch fluid was gross because of the aluminum in the fluid and once it starts, the metal becomes a file and things go down hill quickly!
