I don't think a specific one was used.
If you pull the carb, there should be numbers on it identifying which one it is.
For the gas tank, as said it was made specifically for the CR.
There are "gas tank coat" stuff you pour into the gas tank and swoosh it around. It creates a seal inside the gas tank. Por15 makes one and it's meant for old tanks.
