I don't have a spare unit but if you are not successful finding a used aftermarket ECU you might want to try looking into the MS3Pro-Ultimate box from AMPEFI. As the name suggests it is a MegaSquirt unit but it is a very impressive most recent offering that is factory manufactured so you do not need to go the HeathKit build it yourself path. Here is a link to the universal version with an 8 ft flying lead harness click here=> MS3Pro-Ultimate. The user interface for programming is the TunerStudio software which is quite impressive. The ECU is extraordinarily fully featured including drive by wire and VCT, if your engine supports it.

The manual and a free basic version of the tuning software can be downloaded here:

Manual=> https://www.ampefi.com/wp-content/uploads/ms3pro_ultimate_manual.pdf
Software=> http://tunerstudio.com/index.php/downloads

The freebee version of the s/w is good for a look see but you will want to go with the licensed version that costs $59.95 (US). They also have a superb data log viewer (that can view just about any manufacturer's data logs) called MegaLogViewer HD that costs another $39.95 (US)

BTW if you use a Mac they have a Mac native version of the tuning software and whether you use a Mac or a PC they have a wireless tuning capability where you can use a bluetooth connection from your laptop to the PCM for tuning and other stuff.

How cool is that?

Almost forgot the ECU is not tied to a manufacturer specific set of sensors. You can use any sensor you wish and calibrate the ECU to the sensor of your choice.
