Yes. just add 12v. & program it. Depending how new your garage door openers are, you may need a repeater kit

The Home+Link unit, itself, is self contained and is about the size of a pack of cigarettes. It can be programed to open three different garage door openers no matter what make they are. I mounted mine to the backside of the center of the dash under the speedometer.
