I received this nice note from Amy about last Saturday's Concourse in the Hills.
As you can see, the issues of too few Porta Johns and some tight allocated parking is being addressed. (its very understandable that its pretty difficult to determine parking needs when participants don't register well in advance)

I imagine that others, who had given their eMail addresses, did too. For those of you that didn't, here it is:

For the fifth year in a row since its inception Concours in the Hills broke all records yet again. These numbers may still change a little.

719 vehicles registered versus 647 last year.
78 sponsors versus 70.
Estimated attendance 20,000+ versus 15,000+.
Best of all we raised $115,703 versus $92,681.

On behalf of Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH) and Scuderia Southwest (SSW) thank you for your support.

Thanks to Riviera Broadcasting and Kern Entertainment our sound system and announcements were greatly improved. The many dedicated volunteers really kept traffic flowing and are very much appreciated. We could not have done this show without the enormous support from many people at PCH and Evolve PR. Thanks also to the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation and the USMC for the Cobra and Viper Helicopters - they were quite the attraction and we hope to have even more next year. As always many car clubs really helped get their members out and their cars parked. If we have overlooked anyone please forgive us but we are all still recovering.

A very special thanks to Mother Nature for a lovely sunny day.

The toughest part is getting registrations early enough to layout the show so we are working on a solution for that. Yes we will have more washrooms next time but could you all drink less please.

Please reserve Saturday February 9, 2019 with a rain date of February 16 for the next show and come see our first Saturday of every month show at the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center.

We will soon post photographs and video under the Galleries Tab at www.scuderiasouthwest.com

Best regards,

Steve, Rus, Dave, Ethan & Peter
