I highly recommend steel roller rockers (not just roller tipped). They won't wear out and actually weigh less at the valve. Aluminum rockers wear out in high lift, high rpm, high spring pressure applications; such as anything that really requires a roller rocker. I think that the ford's and the crane's are the same thing, or damn near enough to it.
