I still haven't seen a clear, concise, and cogent list of what exactly it is you want in your Cobra. You can spend $25k or $125k+. But if you don't tell us what it is you want, then we tend to think that you really don't know what you want other than the old nebulous
"a fun car, for nice day driving, sometimes spirited, and maybe a show or two...." If that's really the case, then you're setting yourself up for a huge disappointment as well as taking a financial hit.
