The only noticeable difference I saw was the bleeder ports are 180 out.
The sprag adjuster (hold the 3 bearings) are mirrored it appears.

I did just look at a Versailles and Granada Youtube videos on rebuilding them and neither mentioned caution when dealing with L VS R side.

Reman Calipers are avail thru Summit, Autozone etc.. for approx $65 per. They do carry a hefty core for $90 in some places.
It may be good to experiment on theirs.
