I pretty much drive the same, as you don't have to treat and beat a tranny to death, even if racing. Same thing with engines. (and my wife)

I've never used a mic to run in the bellhousing for dead on line up of the fly, disk, bell and trans, with no issues in the past, but I'm going to with this new drivetrain. A friend has a magnetic dial indicator, so it'll be interesting. I need to order a throwout and pilot bearing.

Do you know where I can buy a bell to fork boot ?
I have a new Quicktime.
