Default Replacement Coilovers for EM Cobra.
Good day all, can I get some suggestions for Coilovers for my Everett Morrison Cobra. I started my build in '96 and completed in '06. Have about 25K miles and have never been really happy with the Aldan Coilovers it currently has. My cars weight is 2780 pounds and uses the Mustang II front suspension with tubular control arms. My engine is a 351 Cleveland with an AOD tranny. Out back I'm using a 8.8 Ford differential. Simple set up, but would like to improve the ride. What would you all suggest for Coilovers and what weight springs would you use? Right now I think I got 250# on the front shocks and seem very stiff. The rear I believe are 300# and seem soft. I just can't figure out these shocks. Thanks for any advice. Robert.
