Any of the three choices would be good for what you want. The webbers would give you that look if you want to enter it in any car shows but would most likely use more fuel. The supercharger would maybe give you more power also and should be easy to keep going once you have it set up. The fuel injection is good and that is what I use on my car as it isn't affected by altitude like carbs are..
