It’s Time for planning this year’s Arizona Cobras 18th Anniversary Party. We got the OK from Ron and Pam Evans to gather again at their fun Auto Museum/Shop. 14201 N. HAYDEN ROAD SUITE B-2 SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85260. Saturday, December 1st, 10am to 2pm. Ron & Pam have come up with a most gracious and generous idea for food this year, a Taco truck. Ron & Pam have even offered to pay for the truck so all we have to do is eat. That means all you have to bring is chairs, drinks and snacks. I’ll throw in donuts for us early arrivals. We also do not need all those tables. Karl will bring the Jalapenos. Dan may even have a cobra by then. I’ll provide the trophies and ask Paul Gillespie to make us all another great flyer to promote the event by email, CC and FB.
We will also ask Mike Madsen to setup our charity like last year since Sunshine Acres went over so well.
As usual, our infamous White Elephant Gift exchange will take place after lunch with a $20 maximum.

If there are no objections I would recommend we support Sunshine Acres again this year. I have a couple of other ideas if needed (eg Treasure House) but I thought the kids enjoyed seeing the cars last year.

I will contact the Sunshine Acres folks this week and line up the date and event. You will recall that last year they wanted us there after Christmas because that’s when they really need the donations.
