I have a number of RER31 rear reflectors for the 427 Cobra in the For Sale forum.

These reflectors can be easily modified to work like a tail light by removing the silver foil "reflector" inside the red lense and mounting the lense on a standard round tail light base that has a bulb socket. Uses the same screws and screw spacing.

The red lense has a highly "prisimed" face so it distributes the light from the bulb very well.

I used a standard Lucas round tail light base that takes a dual filament 1157 high wattage bulb and, on my Cobra, the RER31 now serves as a very effective parking/running light (on one filament) and very bright brake light (on the second filament).

Looks original/period correct and now functional.
